Returns and Exchanges

You cannot apply for a return if you haven't received your order yet.

If you wish to cancel your order, please DM us on Instagram or send an email to support@streetsonic.co.


How Do I Return?

  1. For Returns (Excluding EU Warehouse):

    • Send an email to support@streetsonic.co.
    • Provide a picture of the product you wish to return.
    • Our customer support team will reply with the return address and further instructions.
  2. For EU Returns (All Countries Except the UK and Switzerland):

    • EU customers can process returns directly without contacting customer support.
    • Simply visit Return Shipping Fee to place your return order.
    • Returns are cheap and fast! Detailed information about the process is provided on the product page description.

Note:

  • You cannot return items without first contacting customer support, except for EU warehouse returns.
  • The return process must be started within 10 days of delivery.
  • Any return requests sent after 14 days from delivery will be automatically declined.

Are There Any Charges for Returns?

  • Exchanges: All exchanges are free, but you will need to pay 1 EUR for the return shipping fee so we can start the exchange process. The cost of return shipping is covered by you.
  • Returns: You are responsible for the return shipping charges if you wish to return your item for a refund.

What Items Are Returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days from the reception of your shipment, provided:

  • Items are in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Items are in their original packaging. Returns in damaged or different packaging will be deemed unfit and will not be refunded.
  • The return must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.

Where Can I Return My Items?

EU Warehouse (Excluding UK Customers)

EU customers can return items to our warehouse in Senec. UK customers cannot send returns to the EU warehouse.

To begin a return to the EU warehouse:

  1. Place your return order at Return Shipping Fee.
  2. After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with a link to the return portal.
  3. Fill out your details in the portal and find your nearest GLS ParcelShop.
  4. You will then receive an email with your return label, ready to download and print.

Important:

  • Items must be returned in Streetsonic's custom packaging. Damaged or incomplete returns will not be accepted.

China Warehouse

For returns to the China warehouse:

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If your return is approved, the refund for the product price only will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
