PLEASE NOTE: UK and Switzerland returns are not eligible for the EU warehouse
As a smaller brand, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a refund for the product price only, excluding original shipping costs.

Step-by-Step Return Guide:

1. Place Your Order

   • Purchase this product to cover the cost of return shipping.

2. Receive the Return Portal Link

   • After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with a link to our return portal.
   • Fill out your information in the portal to locate your nearest GLS ParcelShop.
   • Once submitted, you’ll receive a second email with your return label, ready to download and print.

3. Prepare Your Return

   • Ensure the product has not been worn beyond trying it on.
   • The item must be returned in its original Streetsonic packaging.
   • Damaged or incomplete returns may not qualify for a refund.

4. Inspection and Refund

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund for the product price only.
   • The original shipping cost from your order will not be refunded.

Returns typically take 2–3 business days to process after being received.
