As a smaller brand, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a refund for the product price only, excluding original shipping costs.

- After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with a link to our return portal.
- Fill out your information in the portal to locate your nearest GLS ParcelShop.
- Once submitted, you’ll receive a second email with your return label, ready to download and print.

Prepare Your Return
- Ensure the product has not been worn beyond trying it on.
- The item must be returned in its original Streetsonic packaging.
- Damaged or incomplete returns may not qualify for a refund.

Inspection and Refund
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund for the product price only.
- The original shipping cost from your order will not be refunded.
Returns typically take 2–3 business days to process after being received.
