Returns and Exchanges
We offer FREE exchanges to all countries. Our return policy lasts 14 days. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit Return Your Order page.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. You can then visit your order status page to find your tracking code. If you can't locate your tracking code, please request it via email. To track your order, simply tap the tracking number in the email, or you can copy and paste it on our tracking page on our website. We recommend constantly monitoring your package status.
Return to Sender Policy
If delivery fails and the package is not picked up within the designated storage period, your order will not return to our warehouse but instead to an international shipping hub. From there, we can reship your package upon your request.
